Unusual Shaped Candles – Our Top 5

Unusual Shaped Candles

Ok, so we feel sculptural candles are 100% for decoration purposes. They are SO cool and some so beautiful that there is absolutely NO way we’d ever burn them! Think of these design-led candles as more of an interesting object to place on a coffee table or a great addition to an attention-seeking shelf.

1. Shell Shaped Candles

We discovered Opal Living through Instagram, it looks as if they are a relatively new UK home and interiors store, and although their website only has a few products at the moment, these unusual shell shaped candles really stood out for us. The arch shaped candle is pretty cool too and we love them styled together!

2. Arch Shaped Candles

Speaking of arches, Rose & Grey interiors have some amazing statement arch shaped candles in various warm and nude tones.

3. Female Body Candles

A piece of renaissance sculpture in your own home, we can’t get enough of these female torso candles. Here are a few candles celebrating the female form.

4. Lex Pott Twist Candles

Lex Pott is a Dutch artist who has created this beautiful wax twist candle design. These candles are a minimalists dream, available in a range of nude and bright colours, and are available from the wonderful Trouva.

5. Hand Gesture Candles

A candle with attitude! LOOK AWAY NOW IF YOU THINK YOU MAY BE OFFENDED! Candle Hand makes the most amazing unusual candles of a hand making different types of hand gestures, with some of them just a teeny tiny bit rude. They come in an assortment of colours ( we particularly love the neon colours and black and white hand candles) We’ll ease you in gently to their range of hand shaped candles…..

Victory – Candle Hand

V is for Victory! or is it??……if you turned this around this candle takes on a whole new meaning.

OK – Candle Hand

Inject some positivity into the room with a OK hand gesture candle.

F*CK YOU – Candle Hand

Pretty much…..self explanatory. And our favourite candle in their range.
