Bedroom Living Room Our Top 5

Natural Lamp Shades – Our Top 5

We are huge fans of the natural home trend, it’s such a breathe of fresh air to see home accessories made of natural materials in our homes. You can’t really scroll through the home accounts of Pinterest or Instagram at the moment without seeing a mention of one material – Rattan! There’s definitely a bit of 70s retro boho vibe going on at the moment, and rattan home accessories and rattan furniture are at the heart of it, it’s absolutely everywhere! We also love the natural warm peachy and earthy hues that have swept in alongside this trend, replacing the cold dark grey tones we all became so obsessed with.

Whilst we don’t think we could commit fully to the trend through rattan furniture, we think a statement rattan lamp shade for the ceiling would provide an easy and affordable way to update a home to the rattan trend. It’s also a really great way to add instant interest and texture to a room. After a bit of research, we discovered there is a vast range of colours, textures and shapes out there to choose from, with light shades woven from various natural materials like wicker, bamboo, rattan, and seagrass to name a few.

So if you’re looking for a rattan pendant light shade for the ceiling – here’s our top 5 picks of rattan lighting available on the UK high street today.
